The following rules (“Conditions of Use”) govern the use of www.rosaryoftheunborn.com and all of the services offered on the site and by Archangel Gabriel Enterprises Inc. including the ability to order products, receive emails, receive promotions and links (our “Site”). By using our Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Conditions of Use and to follow these Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing our Site. We reserve the right to change these Conditions of Use at any time, effective immediately, when we post to our Site. We will make efforts to protect the privacy of all users of our Site please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and made a part of these Conditions of Use.

Restrictions – You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order through this Site. You agree not to use this Site or any content contained in it for any illegal or inappropriate activities.

Order Acceptance Policy – We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any valid reason. If we do not have the quantity of an item you ordered, we may attempt to contact you, however we reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. From time to time, in order to protect the security of your information, we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Archangel Gabriel Enterprises Inc. does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within five (5) business days of the requested delivery date, or within the ten (10) business days prior to Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas due to a seasonally high volume of orders during these times.

Typographical Errors – We make every attempt to provide accurate product information at all times. However, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Accounts – You agree that you will not misuse or abuse account access and passwords. You agree that you will use only your password and that you will take all reasonable precautions to protect its secrecy.

Links and Search Results – From time to time, we may have our Site link to other sites. We reserve the right to not incur expenses that may arise from returns. Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded in this event. All returns are subject to an in store on online credit and will be applied to new orders at time of purchase.

Depending on product availability, holidays, and shipping time some orders may take 7 to 14 days to receive.

Shipping: Depending on product availability, holidays, and shipping time some orders may take 7 to 10 business days to receive. Due to carrier pickup times Eastern Standard Time (EST) your your shipment may not ship until the following business day, this includes air shipments. We reserve the right on all orders to ship “Best Way” via UPS, FedEx, or USPS using current shipping rates and pickup times. A confirmation email will be sent to the address listed on the order upon entry. Additionally, an email will be sent to the same email address when the order has been shipped. The customer also acknowledges that we ship without a signature required and any claims of not receiving the item are between the customer and the shipper using provided tracking information.

This policy is to insure your shipment will be received in the shortest time frame possible.
