RETURNS
Returns for defective items must be pre-authorized by a customer service supervisor by contacting our Customer Service department at 440-327-4532, Monday through Thursday, from 11:00am to 4:00pm EST. Items deemed eligible for return must have been purchased within the last 14 days and are subject to company credit in which other merchandise replaces original item purchased. Customer should have the receipt ready before placing a phone call prior to the return with purchase date and related information. Returns must be in new, unopened condition and in its original packaging. Items that are blessed are not eligible for return. Approved returns must be received within 20 days of original delivery for a credit refund. Archangel Gabriel Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to apply restocking fees, where applicable, and to refuse returns after review. Items returned without pre-authorization are subject to penalty or declination of refund. Special returns policies or other exceptions may. All returns are subject to credit which will be applied to new orders at time of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy / Limitation of Liability: CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM, ARBITRATION, LAWSUIT OR OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR ANY SERVICES RENDERED BY ARCHANGEL GABRIEL ENTERPRISES INC. IN CONNECTION THERE-WITH, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PART, MATERIAL AND/OR EQUIPMENT WITH CONFORMING PARTS, MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT. ARCHANGEL GABRIEL ENTERPRISES INC. SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE. ANY LAWSUIT OR ARBITRATION BASED ON OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PARTS, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND LABOR SOLD OR RENDERED BY ARCHANGEL GABRIEL ENTERPRISES INC. MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFER DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER OF THE GOODS OR EQUIPMENT OR SUCH LAWSUIT SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED. CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO EITHER REMEDY UNLESS ARCHANGEL GABRIEL ENTERPRISES INC. HAS RECEIVED WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE CUSTOMER’S CLAIM WITHIN NINETY (90) DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR OTHER GOODS TO THE CUSTOMER. |
